Step 1: Start adding the mailbox
  1. From your Mailivery dashboard, click Add Mailbox.
  2. Under Select your email provider, click Microsoft.
Step 2: Enter the mailbox details

1. On New Microsoft 365 (Graph) account, fill in:

  ◦ First Name

  ◦ Last Name (optional)

  ◦ Email Address: the mailbox you want to warm up

2. Click Add Account.

Step 3: Sign in with Microsoft
1. Mailivery takes you to Microsoft's sign-in page.
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account for the mailbox you entered, then click Sign in.
3. If Microsoft asks you to allow Mailivery access to your mailbox, review the request and accept.
Step 4: Review your warm-up settings
Mailivery brings you back and shows You're all set! Review your warm-up settings:
  • Emails per day
  • Response rate (%)
  • Ramp-up
  • Warm-up audience
  • Advanced settings
Click Start warmup to begin, or I'll start later.
Good to know
  • Microsoft mailboxes connect through Microsoft sign-in only. The Microsoft option in Add Mailbox uses Microsoft sign-in for every account.
  • Sign in as the mailbox you're adding. Use the Microsoft account for the mailbox you entered in Mailivery. If your organization signs you in with a different username than your email address, use that username.
  • Admin approval. If Microsoft says your organization needs admin approval, ask your Microsoft 365 admin to approve Mailivery, then try again.
