How to Bulk Edit Mailbox Settings

Managing multiple mailboxes can be time-consuming if you update each one individually. 

Mailivery’s Bulk Edit Mailbox Settings feature lets you apply changes to several mailboxes at once. This helps you keep warm-up limits, response rates, and warm-up status consistent across accounts, saving you time and effort. 

Step 1: Select Mailboxes

• From your Dashboard or Mailbox tab, click the checkbox beside each email address.
• Select the mailboxes you want to update.

Step 2: Click the Edit Button

• Once your mailboxes are selected, click the Edit button located beside My Mailboxes.
• This will open the Bulk Edit Settings panel.

Step 3: Update Your Settings

• In the Bulk Edit panel, you will see checkboxes next to each setting.
• Check the boxes for the settings you want to update.
• Then, adjust the selected settings:
• Email Per Day – Set how many warm-up emails Mailivery should send per mailbox each day.
• Response Rate – Choose what percentage of replies Mailivery should generate for your warm-up activity.
• Warm-Up Status – Turn warm-up on, off, or pause it for the selected mailboxes.

💡 Tip: To keep a setting the same, leave its checkbox unchecked. Only check the boxes for the settings you want to update.

• After adjusting your settings, click Save.
• All selected mailboxes will be updated at the same time.

Note: Bulk editing applies the same settings to all selected mailboxes.
